1. Application:
This machine is used for high-precision cutting of various material such as aluminum, copper and plastic. Like, the aerospace industry, high-speed railway and rail transit industry, aluminum solar panel frame, new energy vehicle industry, motorcycle precision parts industry, electromechanical and consumer electronics industry, door and window frame, lighting and furniture decoration industry, water treatment and many other industries.
2. Features:
1. This machine is composed of the CNC system, the automatic feeding system, the cutting system and the auxiliary system.
2. The CNC system is controlled by PLC and touch screen. By inputting the length and quantity of each frame, the machining operations like feeding, clamping, cutting will complete automatically.
3. The automatic feeding system is composed of servo motors, ball screws and linear guide rail.
4. The cutting system is mainly composed of a spindle motor, a servo motor and linear guide rail. The spindle motor is placed on the linear guide rail through a precision slider and is driven by a ball screw to move back and forth from the inside to outside for cutting. Both the cutting speed and the return speed can be setting. The spindle motor can achieve stepless speed regulation and realize precise cutting of different materials.
5. After the material is cut off, the worktable will auto separates to ensure that the cutting surface is not damaged and achieve mirror cutting. This machine has NO WASTE function, which can achieve no waste materials within 25mm and reduce the waste of materials.
6. This machine adopts a fully enclosed protective design and can choose to assemble a vacuum cleaner to collect aluminum shavings, ensuring a clean and hygienic working site.
